For those of you just joining in—this is where my health journey began. Ten days before the birth of my son, I woke up paralyzed. The left side of my face frozen, my eye wouldn’t close. It was Bell’s Palsy—just the beginning of a cascade of symptoms that left me barely able to walk, sleep, or function… all while caring for a newborn.
But that breaking point became my breakthrough. I turned my pain into purpose—diving into research, becoming an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, studying CBT at Cornell, and exploring every healing modality I could find. I healed myself. And now, I help others do the same.
